Reserve a Table Explained

This is an optional extra (as are all of the features we offer) that you may wish to include, especially during the Festive period as seating space becomes more limited.

The customer may click the button on your dashboard and choose the number of seats, date and time that they wish to reserve.

By default, we ask them to give more than 24 hours notice, and you may wish to also advise the customer that you will only hold the spare seats for friends for 15 minutes before you allow other customers to use the seats.

We collect the contact details for you to confirm directly to the customer.
